Enter a name such as SMS Alerts.
Click Add .
Select Trigger severity.
Select Greater than or equals.
Select High.
Click Add again.
Select Enabled check box.

Note : Excessive SMS’ will result in automated disabling of your alerts. Do not select anything below High to avoid disruption.
