Navigate to V3 Users.
Enter a User Name.
Select the Group Name you created in the previous step.
Set Security Mode to AuthPriv.
Set the Authentication Protocol to SHA.
Set the Authentication Password.
Set Privacy Protocol to AES128.
Set the Privacy Password.
Click Apply to Device.
