What are the costs?

The price is USD $1 per device per month. After the 3 device limit is exceeded, you will be emailed an alert. You are then able to purchase devices in small incrementing blocks of 10, 30, 100 or a custom amount.

What happens after I "Try for Free"?

You are asked for your first name, email and business name. We do not ask for a credit card and we will not ask for a verification email. We suggest you use a real email to avoid complications later if you choose to proceed - don't worry we won't bombard you with emails 😉

Do you offer a downloadable version?

The solution is completely cloud hosted so you don't have to worry about building or managing your own server (or the costs that come with that).
Of course, each device will need it's own agent installed to securely communicate with the cloud.

Can I cancel?

Absolutely. Our checkouts are securely integrated with Stripe. You can either contact us to remove your account or do it yourself from the Stripe dashboard.

What is considered a "Device"?

Generally a device is considered anything which can be monitored. A website, web server, Linux server, Cisco switch, virtual appliance, firewall are all examples of devices.
