The following steps are for setting up simple email alerts for your IT Infrastructure.
> Click here to log into Monro Cloud Monitoring.
> Log in with either your mobile number or email address.
Once you have logged in, navigate to:
> Alerts
> Actions
> Trigger Actions
> Create Action
> Enter a name such as Email Alerts.
> Click Add .
> Select Trigger severity.
> Select Greater than or equals.
> Select High.
> Click Add again.
> Select Enabled check box.
> Select Operations .
> Under the Operations section click Add .
> Next to Send to users click Select .
> Select the users you want to receive email notifications - only internal IT staff is recommended.
> Set Send to media type to Email .
> Leave all other options default and click Add .
> If you would like staff to receive SMS alerts when an incident is resolved, select Add next to Recovery options.
> Add the users who should receive incident resolved notifications.
> Set Send to media type to Email.
> Click Add
> Leave all other options default and click Update.
> Be sure to test the email notifications.
> Most importantly, confirm the emails are not being marked as spam.
> If emails are marked as spam, add the email address support@monrocloud.com to your whitelist.
> Make sure you click Not Spam.
